DIAMOND CUTTERS DRY GRES RUBI

The drilling depth of DRYGRES 4DRILL cutters is 36 mm. for 6, 8 and 10 mm diameters and 40 mm depth for 12, 14 and 20 mm diameter cutters. All DRYGRES 4DRILL cutters contain wax inside. This wax melts during use and facilitates cooling and evacuation of the remnants of the drilling.
Being for dry cutting, it is necessary, for a correct cooling of the cutter, to make a slight orbital movement and constant during the drilling, as well as to eliminate any residual material, between one drilling and another.
The DRYGRES 4DRILL drills, by RUBI, have a system that blocks the loss of wax from the back of the tip, thus concentrating the wax, always on the tip and guaranteeing lubrication during drilling.
