The 16 mm diameter engraving wheel is always clearly visible from the operator side and equipped with double springing for cushioned engraving of structured tiles.
The engraving wheel rotates on roller bearings, laterally guided by an anti-friction metal shell inserted in a CNC milled housing, to avoid friction and lateral wear.

16 mm diameter wheels with internal bearing for maximum smoothness during the engraving phase, also available in the TIN coated version.

120 mm wide split foot with interchangeable anti-mark protection.
 
The sliding carriage is wear-free, thanks to 3 double-row ball bearings which guarantee precision over time, without the need for maintenance.

There is an automatic system that keeps the handle raised to facilitate the insertion of the tile.

Automatic compensator in steel for adjusting the sliding preload of the carriage on the guide.
 
For the splitting phase, simply lift the handle to allow the automatic rotation of the foot.

The front protective rubber absorbs the impact during engraving so as not to damage the base column.
